Guidelines for Homework Assignments

Exercise Assignment -1 -- due Friday, Jan 31

Exercise Assignment 0 -- due Friday, Jan 31

Exercise Assignment 1 -- due Friday, Feb 14

Exercise Assignment 2 -- due Friday, Feb 28

Exercise Assignment 3 -- due Friday, March 6

The first course Exam will be a take-home exam given out on Friday, March 6 and due at or before the beginning of class on Monday, March 16. The exam will cover the material up through Homework Assignment 3.

Exercise Assignment 4 -- due Monday, March 23

Exercise Assignment 5 -- due Friday, March 27

Exercise Assignment 6 -- due Monday, April 6

Exercise Assignment 7 -- due Friday, April 17

Exam 02 -- due Friday, May 1st

Due to COVID 19: Homework 08 is going to replace Exam 2 and the Final Exam is going to be replaced by the maximum of Exam 1 and Exam 2. 

The second course Exam will be a take-home exam given out on Friday, April 24 and due at or before the beginning of class on Monday, April 27. The exam will cover the material up through Homework Assignment 8.

Exercise Assignment 9 -- due Friday May 1

The Final Exam will be a 4-hour take-home exam given out on Friday, May 1 and due at or before 12:00 noon on Monday, May 4 to my office Innovation E439. The exam will be open course textbook, open notes (your own), open homework (your own). The exam will cover the material up through Homework Assignment 9.
